More specifically, devices utilizing the patented MagSafe technology are supported -- for devices without this functionality, we've included [and sell separately] adhesive rings for successful compatibility! PicklView was designed to work best with iPhone or Android devices utilizing a MagSafe case. While GoRings do work, we do not recommend using these for use on pickleball courts or during play. iPhone 12 and Higher all utilize MagSafe technology, but should still be accompanied with a MagSafe case during use! Each oGrip comes with a FREE GoRing, used specifically for non-metal / non-magnetic surfaces, such as painted walls, windows, mirrors and other surfaces you may want your product to stick to! All premium and handcrafted consumer products are subject to wear & tear, but we've developed a product built to last and designed to perform for when you need it most. We recommend not exposing the oGrip to excessive heat temperatures above 100 degrees often, as magnetization can destabilize above certain temperatures. We know you'll enjoy every use-case of your product, but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights. We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible. **Product returns cannot be accepted in person. The terms below apply to ogripngo.com and any products purchased via this website. GENERAL NOTE: This general returns policy shall not apply to any product which cannot be shipped back to us in-full. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 7-days (seven), having taken reasonable care of packaging and all included items, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product. We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card/PayPal account used to place the original order within 30-days (thirty) or earlier once we have inspected the returned item. You will only have to pay for the return postage of the products to oGripNgo. FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS: We take pride in picking, packing and shipping products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in outstanding condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered (due to an error or omission on our part), we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product to us within 30 days of receipt. In these circumstances, or where your product is deemed to be defective under our Limited Warranty, we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Otherwise, you are responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to oGripNgo. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your post office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights. PROCESS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS: Please email ogripngo@gmail.com to inform us of your wish to return products. Please ensure you quote your purchase order number and/or billing name. We may allocate a Returns Code, which must be included on the label of the package in order to process your return. We may also advise you how to send the item back to us. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

So, we've included with each purchase an adhesive metal ring for surfaces not directly magnetic, called a GoRing.
